Futures Fins

Futures Fins have a simple installation system utilising one insertion screw for easy access and release when traveling. Future Fins are easily locked into their durable fin box which come in an array of colours and are capable of withstanding ripping force. Future Surfboard Fins have a unique fin box that stretches the length of the fin, resulting in great durability and quick response from the base of the fin, allowing the force to drive through the body of the fin.

Futures Surfboard Fins are always raising the bar, continuously designing and developing new technologies in surfboard fin manufacturing, improving performance surfing. The company has a culture of innovation and experimentation along with calculated science that results in ripping fins for all conditions and surfers. Future Fins are tried and tested by the Future Fins Pro team, made up of superstars like Rob Machado, Dave Rastovich (Rasta), Jordy Smith, Clay Marzo, Craig Anderson and Shane Dorian to name a few. Even the Future Fins staff all surf and test their fin range, resulting in highly tuned performance enhancing fins that rip in all conditions. See the range of Future Fins on Boardcave.com to compare and find the best fins to advance your surfing.

Don't forget to check out our Fin Guide for lots of useful information on how fin rake, fin foil and many other characteristics can impact on your surfing performance.

Hey Guys just wondering whether you have any recommendations for a thruster set up to go on FireWire baked potato? Currently using futures controller quads.

Hey Nathan, that is a tough one as there are so many great options…you can't go wrong with the tmeplates that serve all-round surfing…something like the AM series or the Jordy's…perfect combo of drive and release. But since you are on a board primarily suite to smaller waves, get something loose and forgiving, you want to be able to whip the board around quickly and with ease in smaller surf where there is not as much room to move around.

Hey Christopher, I would recommend a set of springy, speed generating fins for those smaller conditions, either the EA blackstix or the F8 blackstix will work well! If you're 80kg+ go for the F8's if you're below 80kg go for the EA's
