The Space Hawk is addictive...So much fun, and although this board has thickish rails, I've still found it turns beautifully because you'll ride it shorter than a normal short board. And it flies. The only danger is surfing it too much, meaning you ALWAYS want to take it out, even when you might have been better off taking something to handle bigger waves a bit easier, or you'll take it out in some rubbish when you should have just stayed home...but either way, it still handles a range of conditions that aren't outrageous. All up, as an intermediate surfer in shoulder-high waves (and conditions either side of that), this board just flies down the line. And it's Australian made, handcrafted, beautiful.

Nice looking resin work on my board, however, the rails on this board are way too thick/boxy making it very hard to get this thing on rail... might be best suited to beginners riding the white water 2/10
