Had the puddlefish for 6 months and it took a while to figure out and feel comfortable but has been surfed in everything from weak 1ft beachies to punchy 4ft beachies, point breaks and slabby reefs, and was a blast in all of them. Ridden as a thruster, then quad but favourite by far for combo of max speed while still performing has been the twinny plus trailer set up. If you’re looking for something that’s super fun and a bit different to a standard fish/groveller, look no further!

I've been a long time out of the water and needed a board to blow away the cobwebs with. This did the trick. I love this board kitted with the MB FCSII Medium fins. It has so much drive. I can make sections on my back-hand like never before. I ride 1-6 foot beach break. The board is a little on the bigger side for me so getting in quick snaps can depend on my foot position but when I get it right it makes me look good. Now I am in better shape I've order another uber-driver with smaller dimensions in eps. I know I won't be disappointed. I like the idea of having two boards of the same shape but different dims to experiment with in different conditions and fin type.

Initially I really struggled getting the feel of this board- digging rails and bogging down the tail in smaller surf. A friend recommended I change the fins up a bit and I finally started to get the hang of it. I think the board definitely suits M fins and cleaner conditions. It has lots of speed down the line and stable on the takeoffs. A work in progress although I think it has a lot of potential

Great little fun board that can handle more than you think, put some keels on and drives like a snowboard, swims like a fish

Goes super well in the fat surf. Absolutely glides through chop and fatter sections, making it a perfect everyday board.

Got it in Lightspeed EPS. It’s super light and quick off the mark, paddles into waves really easily too. Great for smaller conditions.

Found that the 37L x 6'2 is a bit corky for my size/weight - probably should have got the 35L. Having said that, the reason I got the board was for smaller days - rather than surf a fish I wanted something with some performance. Goes really well for me on smaller days when the extra float helps with speed and getting into waves. So, I don't use the fish anymore and the Quiver Killer has done it job of being versatile and fun.

Great board for less than great conditions. Nice flow and casual vibe to the board. Can be used in mush but also performs more hollow waves. Lots of fun.
