The new and improved version of one of the most popular designs in surfing. The Sci-fi 2.0 by Slater Designs is a versatile high performance surfboard that utilises a wide point forward outline and cleverly distributed volume to allow you to paddle on to waves a lot easier than your usual HP. Compared to the original Sci Fi the 2.0 has a more volume packed in, a pulled in tail and a rocker that's similar to the Cymatic. Due to the increase of volume the Sci Fi 2 is designed to be ridden 1" shorter than it's predecessor.
The Sci-Fi might be a try to believe type board but it's hard to argue against something Kelly Slater is extremely psyched on riding.
