The Heritage Series Thrusters are based on boards Simon Anderson shaped and surfed in 1981 - 83. This model in particular is based off the big wave thrusters Simon surfed throughout the 80's. It features a single flyer rounded pin tail and is considered the step-up option within the range. These boards are true to the original design elements including yers, beak nose, vee bottom, low smooth rocker and atter deck with chunkier low soft rails. Simon has added some modern elements to the shapes to slightly improve their performance. These boards are meant to be surfed. All boards are a sanded finish with n systems, either FCSII or Futures and feature a small original 3 circle logo and period panel spray with various colour fades.
Filipe Toledo’s #77 is a progressive improvement of the OK. The new 2017 model has been designed for more high performance, punchy waves. Adding more rocker and a slightly subtle concave allows for more aggressive surfing tight in the pocket. The #77 is the fastest board Filipe has ever ridden!
The #77 suits punchy, high-performance beachies, creating plenty of reactive drive off the bottom for critical, fast responsive turns. Suited for high level intermediate to advanced surfers, this is a great board to compliment your performance quiver.
The 2x4 is your daily driver option that also allows for quick rail to rail transitions. With a slightly pulled in nose and a single to double concave, this model gives you plenty of rail to work with and easy rail to rail transitions. The 2 by 4 works best as an all-round performance board with plenty of speed and quickness. Great as a step up board, a traveler or the larger end of your 2 board quiver. Order around 2 inches shorter than your regular board.
The 3 To The Beach by Thomas Bexon is the go to comp board for their competitive team. The name is referring to a saying coined by professional surfing coaches about trying to get 3 turns into every wave. Designed for good to pumping conditions the 3 To The Beach features generous rocker where it's needed and deep single to double concave through the fins for a fast responsive feel. A true high performance shorty with loads of potential for progressive surfing.
The 3DV makes for easy rail to rail transitions with a slight vee running through the tail. You'll feel more drive coming out of your turns which most boards lack in smaller or weaker conditions.
The 3DV is a great performance shape to ride in smaller conditions for the advanced surfer but also beginner / intermediate surfers looking to progress to a shortboard shape. Suits core surfers keen to take their surfing to the next level.
The 3DV EPS is full of performance and volume for the surfer that is looking to take their surfing to the next level. Improved with a slight vee running through the tail to create turns with less effort and release, and more drive during rail to rail surfing.
The 3DX contains more Volume to catch more waves & have more fun than your regular shortboard. This model is designed to get you onto waves with ease and will generate speed and flow in weaker conditions.
The 3DX features a wider outline through the nose and tail. The boxy, fuller rails will add forgiveness and increase your wave count dramatically to help you to experiment with new manoeuvres. The 3DX performs best in average waves around 1 to 4ft.
The 4567 model is perfect for all round longboarding and goes great on the nose while still maintaining it's looseness off the tail. It features a 3 stage rocker with a flatter mid section to increase trim and paddle power. Add to this a lifted tail, giving for manoeuvrability & wider nose for more lift from the front end.
The 4567 model by Classic Malibu is a combination of shaper Peter White's 45 years of experience and perfect testing conditions in Noosa. A great all-rounder for logriders that has repeatedly been one of the best sellers in the quiver.
