The Grom Plus is a wider, shorter grom board to take your performance surfing to the next level. Hi Taniapete Hollier. We apologise for the delayed response. Extra strong glassing can be a great option if you would like to increase the life and strength of your board! Yes extra strong glassing will decrease the amount of depressions in the deck of your board.

Hi, I am currently riding a 6'1 and am finding it hard to do deep duck dives and do bigger turns and tricks. I am around 156cm tall and weigh 45kg. Can you please recommend what dimensions would suit me for this board please. Cheers Josh

Hi Josh. I would recommend the grom plus in the
5'6 x 18 3/8 x 2 3/16 – 22.46 litres. This will be more suited to your weight and height than your current board.

Hi there
I currently am surfing a 5'5 18 1/4 2 3/16 dhd skeleton key which is an awesome board but I would like to try something different like this chilli grom plus ? Are they pretty similar ? And I can do turns and snaps and what not so will this board still let me do this and will it not slide out on me doing a turn ?

Hi Connor, The grom plus is a popular model with younger surfers. This model has a pretty pulled in tail which helps you draw tight turns and will also give you release when you want to blow out the tail. It's also got a nice wide nose which allows you to paddle into waves easily. If you need size recommendations on this model please email [email protected] with your height, weight, age and surfing ability and the guys will get back to you asap.
