The high quality urethane dura-cord is a thick 8mm and the leash features a wide, molded 50mm ankle cuff and 40mm detachable railsaver. For this model, they've also added their new Easy Clip quick release which has a tether that allows you to swiftly detach the leash from your surfboard if it gets caught.
