First surf 8-12ft. Was worried about the volume at first and manoeuvrability. That was all over on the first wave. Paddle power works due to foam distribution. The quad set up is ideal for this board. Can draw fast long bottom hand turns on it.
With the foam tapered down in the tail and the quad set up this gives you the manoeuvrability fora 45 litre board. Was blown away by it. Best big board I’ve ever ridden. Thoroughly recommend it.

Love this board in small or fat surf! At first had some retro keels on it and wasn't feeling it. Then a friend recommended putting some more upright twin fins and made all the difference. Fun and loose now. I also tried the Mini Twin 2 and preferred the shape of the Mini Twin. The 2 has more of an egg front I'm not a big fan of. I usually ride a 6'1'' shortboard and went for the 5'11 Mini Twin. But I think the 5"9 could be fun as well to get more looseness.

Great board for what it's made for: bigger waves. Great control. I normally ride a 6'1 shortboard and went for the 6'2"" on the Sweet Spot. Definitely the right choice.

Bro. this board is insane.
it took about a week to figure out but then it kinda just clicks with you, I rode it for a while as a straight twinny (no baby fin) and it was the fasts board ever, but as i wanted to push through turns or really rip I felt it was sliding out and didn't hold when it was bit bigger, so I chucked the baby stabiliser in and holy sh*t did it go off! this board has the feel of a twinny but when you really want to rip you can and especially with the stabiliser when its bit bigger or pushier it goes insane.
like its fast, drivey, paddles a treat, good for airs, its just my kip and caboodle.
took it to Bali as well and it was just the best, wouldn't have any other board under my feet.

Got a custom with a triple stringer and volan glass! Looks unreal and is superbly finished. Great groveller but really comes to life in solid point perfection! At 48 years and 94 kegs I don’t do airs but with this board get that smooth retro glide and my cutbacks have never been as big or smooth, love it!

Bought this as 1 board quiver for surfing on the Sunny Coast when Im there.....mainly beaches and occasionally the points when theres some size. Love it....paddles well and gets into the wave easily (Sunny Coast beaches can be a bit quicker drop than the beaches i usually surf) , stable, turns well given how much volume there is and it looks epic....surfed it in some solid TC point waves and it was 'on-point'....and have had some good Alex seshs on it
