This was first twin, and I really love the board. I may have gone a size too small, but I feel like I'm finding my groove with the board now. It's a really fun board for most days/most condition. I do tend to ride smaller days on this board tho. I've owned a range of JS boards including 2 in the Blackbox series, and 4 in the Monstabox series. This board has become my 'go to' very quickly.

Awesome small wave board with a lot of drive and speed when using the 2+1 fin variation. Holds its rail up to 4ft and is so easy to paddle. Perfect for avaerage Goldy conditions.

Tried this as a demo not long after it was released fas the “Stab in the Dark” winner with Dane Reynolds. First surf was in average beach break waves. Had JJF futures fins in but remember getting out thinking it wasn’t the best board, felt slow and sluggish and struggled to get it going. Turned well in more upright waves and held its tail well however. Not to be defeated I tried a different set of fins Dane Reynolds Captain Fin co in similar conditions later that day and it was a totally different board (maybe the fins? Maybe me?) plenty of speed off the mark and wherever I wanted the board to go it would. Held rail through turns released off the top nicely. The next few surfs on it were exactly the same. A great board in bothe beach real and point waves

Has been my board of choice for waves with a little more shape to them. In saying that it does also work in fuller conditions just requires a little bit more effort to get it going. Opted for more of a squash tail to offer a bit more versatility in a wider array of conditions. Performed well on rail and has plenty of bite when pushed hard through turns. In general a good all rounder for a fairly wide variety of conditions, but really comes to life in steeper surf. Ridden from 1-6ft.

First "performance shortboard" for me, easy transition from higher volume fish. Fast and stable board, great for punchy beach breaks. Enough volume for summer slop making this a great all-rounder board

Great board! very reliable all rounder. Compared to other brand name boards I reckon Mayhem boards are more refined when it comes to high volume shorter length boards.
I would definitely get again as it is a good straight forward thruster design although I would probably go shorter as the 6'3" does feel quite long compared to my other boards.

A brilliant wave catcher - piles of volume - running as a thruster so very loose - was missing waves on my shorter boards but having the extra volume has really flipped things around - best board I have owned!

Great board, very fast in the pocket, and great with turns. paddles quite easily, very easy to get into waves. great speed and power, i would definitely recommend getting this board. surfed in waist high to overhead, handles really well in small waves and creates great drive down the line.

I ride this as my groveller when surf is small or gutless. It works a treat and I have also been quite surprised how good it goes if the surf gets better while im using it.
