The Puddle Jumper HP is just that! A more refined, more performance orientated puddle jumper. This small wave surfboard features a more pulled in nose and tail and will allow more aggressive top to bottom surfing than the original puddle jumper. It can also handle surfers on the heavier side making it a good choice for those looking for a big guy surfboard.
The Puddle Jumper HP will perform best in small grovel conditions when you need extra speed or paddle power. This board is fast down the line and really lets you rip into turns.

Great board for anything from 2 - 6ft days. Grovels well on small days, really zippy & maneuverable. Can hold rail on bigger days too. Easy to paddle, and very stable. Fun little board all round. Riding as a quad. Definitely recommended.

Got it in Lightspeed EPS. It’s super light and quick off the mark, paddles into waves really easily too. Great for smaller conditions.

I ride this as my groveller when surf is small or gutless. It works a treat and I have also been quite surprised how good it goes if the surf gets better while im using it.

Bought this board stepping down from a Softboard. Great introduction to Short Boards and plenty of range for surf from knee height to slightly overhead. Easy to control turns well and has plenty of speed to get down the line in small surf. Will probably step down to a smaller board for when waves are a bit bigger but if you are looking to make the most of summer waves this is a great board.

The best board I have owned. Paddles well. So fast, it just seems to make sections I haven't made before. Turns well when the back foot is in the right position. Having such a wide tail I have found my foot needs to be just right to get maximum fun. The board has seen a few 8' days and it managed but the tail of course was struggling. It surfs best in 2'-5'. I surf it as a quad always. I wouldn't change a thing.

This was recommended by Matt at Surfboard Empire as a good option for getting back into surfing off a back injury. The tail is really wide so there's a lot of lift there to help you through slower sections and the rails are full. I ordered the PU because I needed to go custom for Futures fin boxes but for some extra help in mushy surf and longevity the C4 construction is worth a look. This would make an ideal first shortboard stepping down from a longboard or fun board, or sized down as a groveller that can still hold in waist to shoulder high surf.

This board makes average waves fun, it's so fast and is really easy to put on rail. Rides like a performance board but with a touch more volume so it's not quite as manoeuvrable as a pure performance board. Holds up in head high plus conditions, but is more suited to 1-6 foot faces. Great in barrelling conditions, I got it as a fun board but it's a serious all rounder. When this gets run into the ground from frequent use I will be buying another, probably an epoxy model which in theory could be even better. I ride 5'8" shortboards at 25-26L so I've gone a little higher in volume with this board (5'3") and it's perfect!

Excellent board for all conditions, not just small groveller waves, been ridden in double overhead beachies, went very good, such a smooth ride to it, using fcs 2 mick fanning large fins.
