Awesome board! I'm no Kelly Slater so need something with a bit more buoyancy and stability, but this board by no means diminishes ability to get along the face and make it across sections.
Still heaps of drive for carving the face as well.
Great board!

Great board for the point breaks around our area. Down the line speed and great carving ability. I'm looking forward to the day I can take it O/S, it just screams REEF BREAK BARREL RIDER!

Had to this board for like 2 months now and it’s great! Once the waves are good and pumping this board goes absolutely amazing, fast, turnable and very performancey. Paddles okay as well with a bit of a higher wide point. Try it with the the Akia futures twins for punchy beach breaks or K2 keels for long running points and barrels goes great. Would recommend!

I love this board so much that i use it pretty much everyday even in small surf, as long as the waves are a bit punchy this board flies down the line and pivots pretty well too. At first i wasn't really sure about it mainly cause of the bold nose and i was hanging more towards the Scifi, but after doing some research and watching some reviews i went for it and i haven't looked back since.
still figuring out the right fins setup for this board which has been a fun proces

Super duper electric board. Mad fun in almost all conditions and sizes.
Tends to draw out longer carves than top to bottom turns. Great board to swap fins in and out. So many personalities.
The only downer is the construction is weak.

I bounce between longboards and short boards, and I’m 53 years old, so although the 6’2” hypto is a lot of board for me, it means I don’t have to waste waves adjusting when I come back from riding my longboard. The hypto krypto is the ultimate longboarder’s shortboard - I love it! And I’ve surfed it in every type of condition from 1ft onshore beach break grovel to double overhead reef break Rote (Indo) - very versatile. Be warned though, after riding the epoxy, it’s VERY hard to go back to regular PU boards. It’s just SO responsive.

Board paddles and rides great. Heaps of response off the lip and plenty of drive. I have had it for about 2 weeks so still feeling it out. Be aware though I have grace concerns for the build quality. One of the first sessions it made contact with my elbow near the nose putting a 8cm split in the glass and then after on two weeks the rear left fin box has blown out. Ripped completely out of the board with no unusual impacts. Out of my 18 years riding surfboards I’ve never ripped a fin box clean out and I’ve hit my fair share on sand/rocks/various body parts. I am currently waiting on a response from FireWire in regards to warranty covering or not.

Really nice board don't get in the water as often as Id like to and this gives me the float and paddle speed to get more waves. Good in small waves, haven't been in anything above 4 foot handles it all really well.
