Stoke Dealer Surfboard Giveaway Terms

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

All entrants of this competition agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to residents of Australia only.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Purchase Requirement:

• To enter the competition, participants must purchase a Stoke Dealer beer from a participating venue.

Competition Period:

• The competition period will be clearly stated in promotional material and will specify the start and end dates for entries.

Prize Description:

• The prize is a voucher for a custom surfboard from Boardcave.
• The surfboard must have a retail value of $1300 or less.
• The chosen surfboard must be available on Boardcave.
• The voucher covers the cost of the custom surfboard only.

Exclusions:

• Shipping costs for the surfboard are not included in the voucher amount. If shipping is required, the winner will be responsible for covering the associated costs.
• Surfboard fins and accessories are not included in the voucher amount and must be purchased separately by the winner.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected through a random draw from eligible entries.
• The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.

Notification of Winners:

• The winner will be notified via email or phone within a reasonable time after the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified time period, a redraw may be conducted to select an alternate winner.

Claiming the Prize:

• To claim the prize, the winner must provide proof of identity and age.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

Publicity:

• By participating in the competition, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Disqualification:

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted outside of the specified competition period will be disqualified.
• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.

Promoter:

• The promoter of this competition is Black Hops Brewing (hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter"), whose registered office is at 5 Gardenia Grove, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia

By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification from the competition. Participants acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to review these terms and conditions.
