Mat Manners is a surfboard shaper hailing from the wave rich Margret River in Western Australia. Mat shapes a range of Innovative performance surfboards from big wave chasers to elite performers. Growing up surfing the heavy waters of Margret River, Mat has used this experience to create and develop surfboards that are equipped to handle the best waves in the world. Shaping his first board at the age of 16 Matt Manners has 35 years of experience in the shaping bay. Mat Manners surfboards have recently been gaining exposure partly due to the incredible surfing of his son and top team rider Shaun Manners. Alike Mat, Shaun also grew up surfing some of the worlds most elite and heavy waves as his everyday local and this is evident in his radical surfing.
