The BLACKROLL® Loop Band is a fabric resistance band made for functional training. This Red (Gentle) band offers the low resistance with a max force of only 4.4kg making it the ideal band to starting your workout or stepping up from one of the lighter resistance bands.

The fabric Loop Band is 32cm in length and can be used for a variety of exercises for training small muscle chains leading to improved body statics and reducing the risk of injury. This ultra portable training tool makes it easy to use anywhere and there are 6 different levels of resistance ranging from 2.6kg (Yellow) up to 8kg (Black).

Use this before you hit the surf/gym to activate your muscles and tissue into a state where they are ready to perform, reducing the risk of injury. The Loop Band can also act as a strengthing device for the smaller muscles that are harder to engage.
