Love this board, really helped my surfing improve. Paddles really well and gets up and going with speed. Absolutely recommend for waves up to 4ft. Still ok when gets bigger just ride it as a thruster rather than a quad.

Awesome Board! Great for most conditions from 2-6ft and paddles really well. i got the 5'9 but if i had the chance again might have gotten it an inch or 2 bigger. I surf it almost every day and found that its pick up a few impressions pretty easily from when i duck dive. Other then that a great board

A really fun performance board for lower/medium scale waves. Manoeuvrable, picks up good speed and can make it over flat sections with ease. For a small wave board it doesn’t love to grovel, but really thrives in the 3-5ft range. I found that when using flexy fins, the board tended to skip or slide out a fair bit but this was easily fixed with a stiffer set of fins. Overall a solid board that goes great as a daily driver shortboard.

This board is all that l thought it would be. Easy to paddle into waves, easy to manoeuvre.light to carry.My reason for buying this board was to continue the performance type surfing and still be able to run to the nose if l like. I’m 63 and find wear and tear on my shoulders and arms has taken a toll after 50 plus years of surfing. This for me is the next step to keeping the stoke going. Just had a surf this arvo in waist to chest high waves, the board is light enough to smash lips and drive down the line. Cheers Phill.

Such a fun little board. Super quick and lively if you ride it as a quad in smaller stuff but still handles really well when it gets a bit bigger if you switch to a 2+1 or thruster setup. Highly recommend it to surfers of all ability levels.

Love this board, loose when you need it but still holds a line at speed. Bought this board to go fast but was surprised how versatile it is, especially for a twin fin. My go to board on everything from knee high slop to overhead.

It's a fast little thing, absolutely flies down the line to beat sections. I ride it as a thruster to get a bit more control but it's designed as a quad. Feels good when the feet are placed a little forward. I'm getting a good amount of torque when twisting into oncoming lips. I've smashed it into my shin a couple times, and had to get the rail repaired once already. It feels like a sleek race car but I could possible have gone bigger and wider for a bit more stability and paddle power. The outline is sexy as, and I love riding it.

The board went amazing, best surf I have had in a long time. Had heaps of speed and hold and went where I wanted it to go, also went good in bigger waves. Can't recommend it enough.

Great board. It’s very versatile, I have ridden it up to 5 feet in a solid cyclone swell with no issues. It also works well in small surf. I have the EPS and I have tried it as a quad and a 2 + 1. I like it as a quad best with the JJF fins up front and the QD2 rears. I have also tried the Rasta quad and the Rasta 2 + 1. I probably could have gone a couple of inches shorter as I didn’t realise how well this board paddles. I am very happy with the Pyzel quality and I have since bought the Ghost.
