The Puddle Jumper Pro by Lost Surfboards has evolved from the original Puddle Jumper HP. It was stretched to become more of a shortboard, but they still wanted it to "skate" effortlessly and perform well as a quad. It is narrower, with the nose and tail pulled in, and the nose rocker is increased to a level more like to that of a performance shortboard. They took care to preserve the deep, single concave to double concave vee in the tail and the extreme low tail rocker. The speed and control both come from that bottom combination. The end result is a forgiving football-shaped outline that is very fast but free underfoot, with the traditional Puddle Jumper drive, rapid whip and forgiveness of a pulled-in nose, and the extra rail length to retain an arc, in longer, more crucial carves and snaps.
