The Grizzly is a mad board for when the waves are good. I find it has alot of drive and speed, but still very maneuverable. Very responsive rail to rail. I surf it with the fcs reactors medium size. Its a little tricky in anything smaller than knee high becuase of its low volume.
Its sometimes hard to find a magic board but this board is as good as it gets in my opinion. Iv been very happy with it. Board quality seems good however it compression dings some what easily, however most performance boards do anyway. Very happy with how it goes and would recommend.

Excellent board for all conditions, not just small groveller waves, been ridden in double overhead beachies, went very good, such a smooth ride to it, using fcs 2 mick fanning large fins.

Great board in everyday conditions found I loved it more as a quad.
Got it in the epoxy carbon tech and seems to be holding up well.
Only thing after 2 years is one of the fcs2 boxes has come loose which I think is a design problem not the boards.
Overall would purchase again maybe in futures .

I live on the Surf Coast and ride a 6’2” Chilli Faded as my step up for days in the 6ft range. I’m above average at 181cm and 88kg so love that this is a board with just a tiny bit more volume but still a classic high performance short board.
It’s fast. Really fast actually and generates speed effortlessly. There is enough rocker that it feels it will hold in anything and is easy to put on a rail but flat enough to be forgiving and not be twitchy. And when it’s 6ft building and there is a lot of energy in the water it’s great to have that confidence in a relatively short board. Great thing too, I can ride this when it’s 2ft and it still feels light and responsive like any good short board. It really is a great all rounder performance board.

This board performs VERY well in overhead surf. I took it out Cloudbreak on an 8 foot day and felt very comfortable once I was up. The sets were hard to paddle into(mostly due to my kookiness) but it held. Line very well and can be put on rail. In anything under head high it will lack speed and big turns so it definitely is a good wave board for me. I used AM2 FCS2 fins which worked well, but a more upright fin would have allowed me to cut tighter turns on it. It just tracks that well on a wave is all. It handles steep takeoffs very well and would recommend for. Step up board. If I had to surf Cloudbreak again at 8 foot I would have chosen the 6’2 or 6’3.

Amazing board for cruising your local point break!
Paddles well due to the 7’0” 51 litres but gets up and turns with ease.( with a 8.5 Rob Machado single fin)
Being 6’2” 95kgs this board is well suited to me on a smaller to shoulder high day. Fits into the wave nicely on take off and glides down the point!
Finish on Albums surfboards are second to none! Mines in matt and black gloss and hangs on my wall like a piece of art when not in the water. Don’t buy a album board if you don’t won’t others drooling over it :)

This is a great board. Easy to paddle and will turn on the rail. Surfed it in Indo in 3-4ft and was unreal. Highly recommend it, especially if your on the bigger side like me:-)

Generally riding 2 to 6 ft waves around Sydney and Central/ Mid North Coast.
Love this board. Paddles into anything, feels great under the feet, really stable, but still able to flick it around.

I got this board because I live on the Sunshine Coast and thought an epoxy would get me up and going a lot quicker than a pu. It’s pretty much the same dimensions as my dhd dx1( which I love in good waves) with a hair more width and volume. The epoxy 3dv does exactly that for me, instant speed off the mark in any conditions! The only difference between the two besides that is that you have to keep moving on the 3dv- it just wants to turn non-stop. Definitely a performer. Would recommend it for those trying to rip waves to bits not style it down the line.
