The BLACKROLL® DuoBall 8cm is the ideal tool to massage and release tension in your spine, shoulders, calfs, upper thighs and other areas with parallel muscle lines. After a long surf, if you experience discomfort in your uppoer and lower back, then this is the tool for you to get that massage effect to speed up your recovery. The gap on the DuoBall makes it gentle on your bony areas, such as your spine.

This 8cm DuoBall peanut ball is great for smaller people and best for massaging the neck, between the shoulder blades and the upper back. For larger people with wider regions, such as the lower back, we recommend the 12cm DuoBall.

Use this before you hit the surf/gym to activate your muscles and tissue into a state where they are ready to perform, reducing the risk of injury.
