I'm an pretty average surfer who plateaued on standard short boards and couldn't advance from the level I was stuck at. I purchased this board as a groveller but have now transitioned to my daily driver. My surfing has dramatically improved since riding this board. I can surf this board in every condition, from 1 ft grov days to 6 ft steep waves. Its fast instantly from takeoff and the sharp tail bites into the wave during turns. This is the best board I have ever road.

Super fun twinny in anything from 2-6ft. Holds really well when it gets steep and has loads of drive. Loosens up when you want it to. Running uprights in it and it’s been my favourite board since I got it!

Great intermediate board for those that want a fun and snappy board. Easy to paddle and stable under foot, this board is a really great pick for those wanting to step up their riding skills.

This was a custom order as I had a stock 6'4" but it was a little small.
Overall I love this board. It is my daily driver and works in pretty much everything from slightly overhead to waist high.
Very stable at take-off (in case you get a fet pop ups wrong) great speed down the line and you can really throw it around.
The Hify means the board remains light and feels and surfs smaller than its length.
I have heard some complain about board quality but I have had no issues with mine.
If surf is really pumping or tiny, grab a different board but for the majority of surfing on the east coast of aust. the MonstaBOx in HiFy is an great option for the everyday surfer.
I would happy recommend the board!

Great board for the bigger surf. Solid under foot and draws beautiful lines. I’d ride it in anything over chest to head high. I was seriously impressed with the construction methods. Strong and durable delivering bang for buck and better for the environment.

One of the funnest boards I’ve ever owned, so much drive and speed through flat sections but still doesn’t feel slow at all when you need to get through sections. I’m 6’1 and was a bit worried at first having a board this small but it holds through turns and holds its rail in surf up to about 6ft before you start getting any jitters.

Found that the 37L x 6'2 is a bit corky for my size/weight - probably should have got the 35L. Having said that, the reason I got the board was for smaller days - rather than surf a fish I wanted something with some performance. Goes really well for me on smaller days when the extra float helps with speed and getting into waves. So, I don't use the fish anymore and the Quiver Killer has done it job of being versatile and fun.
