What's more versatile? This or the puddle jumper?
Would you get the same volume as my normal shortish everyday board for both?
Cheers

Hi Colin, this is probably a little more versatile. It is a slightly more performance outline compared to the puddle jumper. Both great boards though, and you probably want a touch more volume than your normal shorty since you need that extra float in small, weaker surf.

Hi Ray, the amount of extra volume you may need will vary depending on the board you're looking at getting and what kind of waves you're planning on surfing. If you ride 29 litres in your standard shortboard I would recommend going with 5'9 at 30.7 litres in the short round.
