the second best board I've ever ridden!!!!I used Kelly slater k3 fins on it and it worked a treat. very good for the waves I surf in wa and although its difficult stuff on bigger waves it shoots through barrels and the rail wont disengage, it dosent have the best pop so airs are hard but the landing is stable. that because its got a little bit more rocker out the back and with the low rails you can push the shit out of the water and it will give off a water show. its got good release but the main reason I like it so much is because it is so responsive so quick transitions are fast and powerful. because of the low rails it does bog a bit but only during carves so no mistakes during other things but that lets you push off the tail harder. I think its almost a perfect board and I think it would be very hard to make it any better. I recommend it 1 or 2 inches shorter than what you normally ride and for any sucky and hollow waves.

If you're looking for a twin fin style board that rides similar to a shortboard this is the board for you! I found it really really fast and drivey, especially off bottom turns. The board is super easy to put on rail as it has a pronounced vee concave through the tail. The rails are also quite full and well rounded giving the board plenty of forgiveness. There's quite a bit of rocker in the nose which is good if you plan on riding this board even if the waves are a little steeper of you might be scooping into waves late. That said, it still paddles pretty well as there's a good amount of foam under the chest area. Really fun board in beach breaks that aren't super hollow and nicely lined up point breaks. I rode this board with the Futures Akila Aipa twin set with a T1 trailer to give me more control through turns and more drive off the bottom. This setup works really well with this board.

I really enjoyed this board. It's a great high performance shortboard for waist high to a little overhead in a wide range of conditions. I found this board goes well in both hollow waves (up to a little overhead) and smaller average waves (as long as there is a bit of punch behind them). If the waves are really fat or really weak the board won't really come to life as this model was designed to be surfed in decent to pumping conditions. The board performed well in beach breaks and point breaks and has mainly been surfed at Uluwatu, Duranbah and all Gold Coast point breaks and performed well in all those waves. Overall it's a more user friendly performance shortboard that's pretty forgiving and will really allow you to lay into some turns. My favourite fin setup for this board was the Futures R6 template but the JJF and Jordy Smith templates also work well!

This board is perfect for those who need more volume but still want to ride a performance short board. It works very well in anything from smaller fat waves to heavy steep waves up to a couple of feet over head.

Super smooth on rail and a lot of drive off the bottom with good release in the lip and lots of pop to project out of the lip.

This is a fantastic board for just taking out without knowing what its going to be like because it works in tonnes of different conditions. I would say that I find myself often wondering if I would've liked going a bit longer in order to make it work better for waves on the very small and very large end of the spectrum.

Extremely fun surfboard! Performs better than a standard retro twin. Get a bit of extra thickness as the hull channel takes a bit out but gives it better responsiveness. Took a bit to figure out which fins I liked best but shes goes in anything!

Maaate I'm getting old and this board goes unreal. I've surfed it all over indo in some of their finest breaks. Although I wish I had 2 of them to counter my weight loss haha. Would recommend this board to anyone getting on a bit....

Great all round step up short board for home or for trips. I’ve rode it in anything from 2 foot to 12 and it performs perfectly. Lot of foam round the chest so I’ve got into waves early and before others but overall a great board

In my opinion its an amazing twin fin with more performance then you'd think. If you like high performance surfing and want a high performance twin, this is the board.
